Canvas: 学习 Management System Implementation Project
| Project Summary | Canvas has been selected as the next vendor for Ohio University’s learning management system (LMS) following a comprehensive evaluation process that included input from students, 教师, and staff across each of 俄亥俄州’s campuses. Over the next several years, all 俄亥俄州 courses will transition from 黑板上 Learn to Canvas. |

| Initiative Summary | 去俄亥俄州, the official app of Ohio University, is a web and mobile app that is designed to connect students to their 俄亥俄州 experience, meet students where they are, and provide digital access to key services, important contacts, 支持, and information that 帮助 students succeed. The University-level initiative aligns with the presidential priority to continue improving the student experience and student success and is 支持ed by OIT and cross-functional partners across 俄亥俄州. |

Blue: Course Evaluation Tool Implementation
| Project Summary | Blue, provided by Explorance, Inc., will replace Class Climate as 俄亥俄州’s preferred course evaluation tool. Blue is expected to improve the security and transparency of the course evaluation process, as well as enhance the user experience for both students and 教师. The selection of Blue was completed during the Survey Technologies Evaluation Project. |

Blue Course Evaluation Implementation Site
Cayuse: Electronic Research Administration Software Implementation Project
| Project Summary | The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is collaborating with the Division of Research and the Department of 金融 to introduce Cayuse, a new electronic research administration software for 俄亥俄州. As part of this transition, the existing system, 利奥, will be gradually phased out over the next few years. The functions currently handled by 利奥 will be replaced by the modules integrated within Cayuse. |

黑板上 Integration Updates
| Project Summary | Updates to 黑板上 will occur between semesters through December 2023, as vendors replace outdated technology for publisher content and add-ons. Some changes will require instructors to rebuild course content or update links. The changes are spaced over a period of 18 months (May 2022 - December 2023) to minimize disruption and reduce the amount of content instructors need to rebuild at one time. |
